Welcome to a special edition of Room of the Week! With the excitement of the current Habbowood competition sweeping across the hotel, I thought it was the perfect time to shine a spotlight on some of the most creative and cinematic rooms being showcased.

In this edition, I’ll be highlighting a few of my favourite entries - rooms that truly capture the magic, drama, and flair of Habbowood. From behind-the-scenes sets to star-studded red carpets, get ready to explore some amazing builds that deserve a standing ovation!

Room of the Week: Movie Theater

We reluctantly picked Expired’s Movie Theater for this spotlight... mostly because it’s criminally good and we couldn’t pretend otherwise. Using the new Habbowood furni, he’s served up a pixel-perfect premiere night with all the drama and none of the lag.

The screen? A genius stack of cabin corners lit up like it’s a mid-action scene. The seating? Velvet red luxury with popcorn at every spot - because duh? He even threw in a mood light to set the tone, like we’re not already impressed.

There’s a full concession corner, star-lined floors, and a cheeky “Origins!” poster that screams cult classic. Honestly? He kind of ate. We’re annoyed, but we’re watching the whole movie.

Bonus Room: Habbinburgh Cinema

This week’s Bonus Room goes to Bobba’s very own Dublyu! A true love letter to classic movie magic, this room rolls out the red carpet - literally - with grand spotlights, golden decor, and elegant columns that scream Habbowood premiere night. Inside, guests can kick back in plush red seating or grab a snack from the retro concession stand before the show begins. The bold “H” signage and lush greenery at the back give it a unique edge, making this build both glamorous and full of character. A cinematic standout that more than deserves its time in the spotlight!

With so many amazing rooms on show, it wasn’t easy to narrow them down - but these builds really stood out to me for their creativity, attention to detail, and full-on blockbuster vibes.
