Origins received a last-minute update today – on a Saturday, no less – introducing Football to the game. Weekend updates are a rarity, so seeing new content drop outside of the usual schedule came as a welcome surprise for players logging in.

Alongside the football release, the Sports category has also made its return to the Catalogue, bringing back a selection of classic sporting furniture that many players will remember from the original era of Habbo. Whether you're planning to recreate a football stadium, sports hall or simply add to your collection, it's nice to see the range available once again.

In addition, a brand-new football-themed Battle Pass has arrived, giving players a fresh set of personal challenges to complete. By progressing through the pass, you'll be able to unlock some of the brand-new football furniture, earn exclusive stamps, and work your way through a variety of football-inspired achievements.

The update doesn't stop there either. The Game Station has also received two brand new game modes: Penalty Shootout and Goalkeeper, giving players the chance to put their football skills to the test.
