Builders! It's time to put your skills - and creativity - to the test!

BOBBA BUILDING BATTLES!

Oh no, this ain't your regular ol' building competition. No, no. In Bobba Building Battles, certain restrictions are imposed on the contestants - for example, restricting the use of certain furni items, which room layouts can be used etc, etc. Whatever these restrictions may be, they're there to try to push you, the builder, out of your comfort zone and inspire new, inventive builds.

So... are you up for the challenge? The theme of this, the first ever building battle, is...

Theme: Cozy Courtyard

"Cosy Courtyard" is all about creating a warm and welcoming outdoor space that feels like a private little retreat. Think greenery, soft lighting, comfy seating, and decorative touches that make it feel inviting and peaceful. It should be a place where you’d want to relax, chat with friends, or just enjoy the atmosphere. A snug escape from the outside world.

Rules & requirements

For this first battle, the room layout MUST be the 36-tile room. A little cramped space is the perfect foundation for the coziest of courtyards.

The judges (the whole of the bobba.me team) will judge your rooms based on the following criteria:

• Theme Fit - does it clearly feel like a courtyard, and does it give off the "cosy" vibe? 
   
• Layout/Flow - Is the room arranged in a way that feels natural and easy to access? 
   
• Use of Furni - are items chosen thoughtfully to fit in with the courtyard setting? 
   
• Atmosphere - does the room feel warm, welcoming, and somewhere you'd want to spend time? 
   
• Creativity - are there unique or clever touches that make the build stand out? 
   
• Overall Presentation - Is the courtyard well-balanced and visually pleasing?

Additionally, stacking is not necessary for this build; so your stacking skills (or lack of) will not be judged

Prizes

And what about the prizes, I hear you ask. Well. Hold on to your hats, cause we have some amazing prizes in store this time around.

The 1st prize winner gets THIS WHOLE ROOM (curated by our own G30!)
