As part of the celebrations for Origins' second anniversary, this is a reward from The Great Present Hunt. Part of the Jubilee of Colour campaign, players smashed presents in public rooms to find map fragments. Once a map was completed, an anniversary balloon was awarded and once opened, contained one of the classic rares in balloon form.
