The Russian Samover was first spotted in 2002 on Habbo UK, released as part of Ione's birthday. Habbo's received one of three gifts, with the chance to open a Throne, Russian Samover or Holoboy. They were first awarded to Habbos on Origins as part of a Christmas event, where users would trade bots to receive free gifts. It was later sold by travelling NPC Noco, in exchange for 12 Dragon Egg and 15 Petal Patch rares.
